Zanzibaba Project Solutions is the dedicated project delivery arm of Zanzibaba Group — providing complete construction, finishing, security, solar and project management services across Zanzibar. Founded in 2014, we have delivered 280+ projects for foreign investors, hotel developers, diaspora property owners and commercial operators throughout Unguja.
Our Story
Zanzibaba Project Solutions was established to solve a common problem in Zanzibar's construction market: the fragmentation of trades and the difficulty of managing multiple contractors. Foreign investors and diaspora owners often struggled to find reliable, coordinated project delivery.
We built a vertically integrated team covering aluminium systems, steel fabrication, security installations, swimming pool construction, wood interiors, landscaping, solar energy, tiling, painting, electrical, plumbing, roofing, and civil works — all managed under one accountable partner.
