The Challenge
New villa estate needed complete outdoor environment to match the high-end interior finishes. Irrigation had to work with Paje's sandy soil and salt-laden coastal winds.
Our Solution
Native coastal plant species selected for salt tolerance. Drip irrigation with timer control. Interlocking paving on prepared base for sand stability. Low-voltage LED landscape lighting on auto-schedule.
